Luxury Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

The biggest of these waterfalls is the Clamp Hole Falls, the most visited spot in the Slieve Blooms. They are easily accessable by a picturesque 1 km walk through forest and along the river bank, from Glenbarrow Car Par near Clonaslee on the eastern side of the mountains.

This spacious Glenbarrow Suite is located on the second floor. It has a Super King size bed with antique furniture. It has a separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom with original wainscoted walls, with a rainforest shower and a traditional curved free standing bath in the centre of the room with views out over the parklands. There is a seperate toilet.

Glenbarrow is the best known of the 27 glens in the Slieve Bloom Mountains, taking its name from the River Barrow. The Barrow, which is the 2nd longest rive in Ireland after the Shannon, rises in the Slieve Blooms. Its upper reaches flow through Glenbarrow where there are a number of lovely waterfalls on the river.
